Yoga, Day 131- Breathe
Yesterday Our teacher shared her teacher’s wisdom- When you start noticing being bored in a yoga class, start paying attention to breathing, get it in synch with your movement. A whole different experience.
So when we get bored in our “off the mat” life- this nugget of wisdom applies as well.
Breath is our connection to the present. It’s the fastest way to get present. Being present is feeling alive. And when we are truly present-we just can’t be bored.
